Maggie Ziyu Huan

CIS PhD @ UPenn

Hi, I am a PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Mark Yatskar and Prof. Jacob Gardner. I work closely with my amazing mentors Prof. Alane Suhr and Prof. Nicholas Tomlin on various fun topics. Previously, I had the privilege of working with Dr. Xiang Yue and Prof. Graham Neubig at CMU; as well as Prof. Huazhe Xu at Tsinghua University.

I am still exploring my research interests. My recent research touches on a few keywords: learning and inference dynamics, agentic systems, and scientific discovery.

My (legal) name could be hard to pronounce sometimes. Happy to call me Ziyu (IPA: /tsɯˇ. yˋ/) or Maggie if you like, I react to both of them!
